Roy Carmelly, originally from Israel, boasts over 30 years of global security experience. He earned a PhD in Security and Counterterrorism from York University, USA. With a background as a former Captain in the Israeli Special Forces and a former member of the Israeli Secret Service, he brings extensive expertise to his roles. Roy has served as the former head of security at the Israeli Embassy in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and in Mexico. Currently, he serves as the owner and CEO of IESS Group, a comprehensive security firm operating for 25 years in Mexico and Latin America.
